Squid and Squirrelmail relationship

Hi,
I have a centos running behind a cisco, i have done a nat statement for port 80 traffic to be directed to my box. This is to make webmail available to users outside the network.

On my iptables, i have all port 80 traffic redirected to squid on port 3128.

Thus Squirrelmail wont open and gets an access denied by squid, If i disable my prerouting to squid it works, Question how do i have my squid working and webmail available externally from the same box.
