Default howto migrate from v.2.2.18 to v.2.2.35

Hi Folks
now I'm trying to migrate my server for 2.2.18 to 2.2.35, but I can't figure if there is some db fields changed.
Where can i obtain this information?!?

Run the setup script on the 2.2.18 install to update it to 2.2.35 before you migrate the databse.
