question bind secondary dns time exceeded

I have a question..

My primary dns goed offline sometimes (it is at home and my connection is not stable). The secondary dns is in a datacenter.
Normaly the secondary should take it over. This works.
But after some hours I see in the log files that the time exceeded.

May 13 12:03:07 ns1 named[16487]: zone xxxx.nl/IN: refresh: retry limit for master 80.xxx.xxx.xxx#53 exceeded

What values do I need to change, so if I am on holidays that the secondary dns 'never' expires.

Retry:
Expire:
TTL:
???
