Default Quota Question ISPConfig3 Install

Using the Perfect Install for Fedora 12 and having moved my /home partition to a second hard drive - what should I apply Step 8 to?

The step says to add
Code:
,usrjquota=aquota.user,grpjquota=aquota.group,jqfmt=vfsv0
to /

Should I still add it to /, or should I add it to /home on the new drive?

You should add it to both drives.
