Question Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier, MySQL And SquirrelMail (Ubuntu 9.10)

I have this setup and works great but do have one question, they way it's setup bayes will not learn anything from the users. (I could be wrong) So no spam folder is being setup now is the inbox being checked as ham for users.

But looking at this other howto which is a bit older, I see that he has been able to set this up. But I'm not sure is it would be possible for this installation from the above howto.
