Forbidden 403; Samba access; config of maildeamon
Hi,
on monday i started to install my new server ...
just went step by step as it was shown in Perfect Server Debian Lenny ISPCONFIG 3
I wanted to create some webs now ...
first i tried to move the shit over samba (which i installed after ispconfig)
... it didnt worked ... only if I change permissions.
ok then i tried to fxp it from the old server ... now it shows:

well i decided to change the permissions over putty and copy it over samba then ... removed the index.htm(l) from the directory and tried to access to my files over browser.
now it says 403 Forbidden

now to the second problem ...
i wanted to access to the files(webpages) over samba. But i didnt detect anything how to enable using it btw is there any other workaround then chmod 777 the directory ??
third "problem" is:
howto login over pop3/imap from other computers without using webmailer (i thought its doesnt work ... i didnt recieve my mail for this forum :/)
for all who want the page "working" use port 888 to go to the old server

i think i got it fixed now ...
i googled a few hours ... and somewhere smb said that www-data needs access to this folder
so i did

chown -R www-data /var/www/clients/client1/web1
but theres still the samba and the maildeamon "problem"
