Default Fresh installation. How to access websites?

I have installed ISP config without any problem in my ubuntu 11.04 server.
I have created some domain names on my server using ISPConfig.

How can I access them without a FQDN ?
Is it possible to access the website http://192.x.x.5/domain.com ?

If I try in above way, I am getting "FORBIDDEN" message in my browser.

Please guide me.
