Default network not really running

Hello all,
I have ispconfig 2.2.2 on debian sarge.
I just test my network config cause websites are not reachable.
I have set official 5 IP's on ispconfig but when I do ifconfig then there are only 2 addresses shown! So its not a wonder when websites are not available!

What is wrong with the config?

can someone help?
