Default Restarting OpenBSD Secure Shell server sshd

I installed Ubuntu 9.10 and went through all the steps. When it was time to eject and restart, it comes up with the login prompt, then says "* Restarting OpenBSD Secure Shell server sshd"

What is this?

It's restarting the SSH server.
