Default How many Bittorrent downloads?

I wish to use dijjer for downloads to keep costs of running a web server down. Dijjer is a bittorrent like protocol. What server software could be used to measure the number of downloads and bandwidth using swarm technology?

When a file is downloaded through Dijjer, the web server is contacted to download the first few bytes of the file (this is used to make downloads begin immediately, rather than waiting to retrieve the first chunk of the file from Dijjer). If you track this, you can track the number of downloads through Dijjer.

What server monitoring software can track the first few bytes of the file and the bandwidth?

Thanx in advance.
