Hi I need to import about 2000 accounts to the ISPCONFIG3 dB, is there a script that loads a file?

There is no such script available. If you want to write such a script, I recommend to take a look at the remoting framework example files that are in the remote_client subdirectory of the ispconfig tar.gz file.
