Default How to restrict POP3 or IMAP for particular users in Linux.

How to restrict POP3 or IMAP for particular users in Linux.

That means if a particular user is restricted for POP3, then he cannot make his POP3 account in any mail client like outlook, thunderbird. It should get error like "You are not allowed to make POP3 account"
Same way for IMAP also.

Please give the details about the configuration.

Please reply
Thanks in advance
