Default How to convert ext4 to ext3 without reformatting?

I'v got Fedora 11 (with ext4 filesystem) installed on my system.
I want to convert it to ext3.
But I do not want to lose my data.

Is there any way to convert ext4 to ext3 filesystem without reformatting the partition?

I have not tried any of these, but take a look here, here, and here; they seem the most relevant from what I've found (for me) when I was looking for information about this.... Not sure about Fedora, though.
