Default Jailkit with groups, possible?

I have succesfully installed Jailkit on my server running Debian Lenny 64Bit and can jail users into different jails which is wunderful.

But I would like to create a jail which should house 12 users, where each user should be member of atleast one of four user groups.
Each group has its own folder placed in the jail at /groups/groupname.

The problem is that when I add a jailed user to a group and chown the folder to the specific group, the members of that group does not have permissions in that folder.

Hope you can help me,
