Thats not possible in ISPConfig itself. But as far as I know, this can be configured in postfix. But I'am not sure if you can limit it to one domain. i dont have a howto hat hand, but you may find some pointers on postfix.org.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.

First please read those two links:
Why not to add a footer
Why not to add a footer#2(scroll down to 11)

And now a solution:

I found this email thread.

my config,

serverml1:smtp inet n - n - - smtpd
-o content_filter=dfilt:

dfilt unix - n n - - pipe
flags=Rq user=filter argv=/etc/postfix/footer.sh -f ${sender} --

using altermime

/usr/local/bin/altermime --input=in.$$
--disclaimer=/etc/postfix/footer.txt |

to append txt to end of outbound mails

Now this appends the footer to ALL outbound mails.
and to restrict it to certain email address:
Use the FILTER action in an access map (e.g. check_sender_access)
or in header_checks.

header_checks = pcre:/path/to/file

/^Reply-To: blah blah/ FILTER dfilt:
