Default Naptr

i was able to configure the "perfect centos 5.3 server with ISPCOnfig3". ISPConfig3 setup well, but I can not enter a NAPTR record. I visited a the mydns website and the most recent release of mydns states in the "What's New in this Release":

Added support for NAPTR (RFC 2915) records. Users with existing MyDNS databases will need to alter their tables to allow "NAPTR" in the "type" column if they want to use NAPTR.

How do I do this??

AFAIK, ISPConfig doesn't support NAPTR records yet.
