SoftException in Application.cpp:296 "..." is smaller than min_uid

Trying to install Magento on our server...fixed several little errors that have popped up, stopping us from installing, but now we are getting an ISPconfig page with error 500 and this in the error log:

[Mon Oct 12 13:09:26 2009] [error] [client 66.18.46.200] Premature end of script headers: index.php

Any ideas?

Make sure that the index.php file has the same owner then the website.
