Default if i backup my ispconfig2 server by rsync, could i move it to another server?

hi folks

I'm trying to backup mi ispconfig2 server through rsync, and put the databases and config files to a fresh install of the perfect debian server lenny w/ispconfig2. Am i in the right direction? something to advise?
