Default My own nameservers


how can i make my own name servers.
I've got 2 server with 2 diffrent ip's
how can i make that when i register a domain that i can give for example my own name server
Example ns1.example.com ns2.example.com

i don't have registred the example.com domain

can somebody explain that to me pleaz
