Default Mydns problems

Ive somehow manage to do a dubblepost so my question isnt regardning mydns.

If i own a couple static ipadresses, should i create a ptr record for them? My isp already got ptr records for those addresses, but dnscheck tools reports that my dns servers reverse pointers points to an unknown hostname. If iam supposed to create my own ptr records, should i place them in my normal zones or should i create a new soa?
