Question Red Hat Linux Ver 5, 64 bit: how to install

I need to download and install RED HAT ENTERPRISE LINUX VER 5, 64 BIT MODE, on an intel 64 bit architecture machine. Its a new machine.

Q#1: where can I download that from ?

Q#2: how do I install it?

1) You can download it from here: redhat.com/apps/download
It's not free so You can either register and download a trial version or buy it.
2) CentOS conforms fully to Red Hat Enterprise Linux so You can lookup one of the tutorials here http://howtoforge.com/howtos/linux/centos to know how to install it.
