Default Much errors in Panel and Webmail

Hy all.

After login in ISP3 and webmail, appears much much erros

Example in webmail:
Warning: include_once(../functions/page_header.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: Too many open files in /usr/share/squirrelmail/functions/display_messages.php on line 49

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening '../functions/page_header.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /usr/share/squirrelmail/functions/display_messages.php on line 49


Example in Panel:
Warning: fopen(/usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/themes/default/templates/topnav.tpl.htm) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Too many open files in /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/lib/classes/tpl.inc.php on line 816

Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/lib/classes/tpl.inc.php on line 816

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/lib/classes/tpl.inc.php on line 817


I think in re-install ISPConfig but NOT lost mails, accounts, sites, etc. Is possible?

This problem is not related to ISPConfig, so do not reinstall!
