HeartBeat HA Clustering

Greetings,

We have Server-A, a webApplication-A is running on this. Similarly, Server-B, a webApplication-B is running on this.

I would like to know, is there a way to setup HeartBeat HA clustering in such a way, if Server-A goes down, on Server-B, Server-A's IP should be configured on virtual interface, and webApplication-A should start-up on Server-B, automatically.

The same scenario should happen when Server-B goes down.

Any suggestion / advice would be highly appreciated.
