Default Which PHP to use?

Hi,
I just installed ISPConfig3 on my Debian Lenny-Server.
By the configuration for a new Web Domain I can choose out between different PHP-Mods:
- Disabled
- Fast CGI
- CGI
- Mod-PHP
- SuPHP

Where are the differences?
What Mod shoud I choos for normal PHP-Websites?

Thanks allot!
