Open-Exchange Plugin for ISPConfig2 (Provisioning)

Hallo everyone,
i was wondering, if a provisioning plugin for Open-Xchange Hosting Edition in ISPConfig2 would be hard to code.
Since Open-Xchange has a well documented SOAP-Interface and ISPConfig allready comes with provisionning for other features like FTP or mysql features on a per web basis i thought that maybe it would be rather easy...
I am not able to programm myself, but i am concidering to give the job to someone....
