Default DNS manager for a client

how I can do so that a user "client" can manage dns of his spaces (that see manager DNS in the menu) ?
I only want that they could see this option in the menu, thanks

I just find the way to do it, donīt worry. But I canīt find where the ISP asigns the name of the modules to the field "modules" of sys_modules at the creation of a new user... Can you help me?

And another question is how do you different a client or another type of user? I just change the fields "gueltig, new and modules" to watch the DNS manager, but i want that the ISP do it automaty at create a new user...
