Default How to install and setup group-office at SUSE

actually im new in linux..
www.group-office.com < here is the link that i download the file groupoffice
i already download it and extract it...
the problem is....i dont know how to install the groupoffice....
can someone help me???

There should be a README and/or INSTALL file within the tarball that explains how to install it.
