Default Phpmyadmin, squirrelmail, pear, ioncube, Zend loader

I would like to see Phpmyadmin, squirrelmail, pear, ioncube, Zend loader as check box selections when creating a web site. I know that in some configurations these can be in a central location and linked to and in others they would have to be installed in the web root. Which is fine with me. If it is possible for ISPConfig be programmed so that where a link is suitable one is automatically created, and where a link is not suitable a full Phpmyadmin, squirrelmail, pear, ioncube, Zend loader is automatically installed in the web root. I am sure this would be useful for others. If you think this would be useful please comment.
