Default Multiple websites under same domain

Is it possible in a convenient way (automated) to add new users and websites under the same existing domain?

There are hosts the offers a client website under the providers existing domain name, since there are customers that doesn't need to have an own unique domain.

Examples:

userxxxx.ispdomain.com
or
www.ispdomain.com/userxxxx

Yes, just add new websites with hostname userxxx and domain ispdomain.com or use the user websites feature:
