Default Ftp directory

In ispconfig 3 when i create a new ftp user, when i'm logged like admin, i have a tab Option in which i can choose uid,gid and path.
If i login as another user i can set only username and pass, is possible, in some ways, able user to set also ftp path (of course limited to their jail)
