Default Test Sites without Domain

I just installed ISPConfig 2 on CentOS 5.3 following the Perfect Server tutorial. We are looking to test some software and I'm trying to just create a test site. The server is behind a router with a static IP address, but its being forwarded to the internet by our firewall. For example, I can access the server through one of our external IPs and it goes to the admin interface. I made another added another IP address to the list in ISPConfig and assigned it to the new test site. I then forward that IP adress externally just like I did the one that goes to the admin interface. The problem is that when I try to visit that site, I get the "Shared IP" page. Can anyone help me figure out how to resolve this?
