Default [error] an unknown filter was not added: PHP

The above error is from /var/log/apache2/error.log and is there more than a hundred times per day.

I found it because I tried to find out why an old PHP-Script wich uses " base64_encode(join("",file($filedest))) " to read an uploaded file from the php-temp into a MySQL BLOB-field wich works fine on SuSE but under Debian Sarge 3.1 with ISPConfig it won't work without showing any error...
