Default FTP Webcam Uploads scrambled

Hello and good day. I am having a user who has an issue with uploading pictures from Biromsoft's webcam application (yes, they are using binary transfers). All images are scrambled but uploading via regular FTP works fine. Does anyone know what the problem is? Could it be a option in Pure-FTP or something else? Thanks!

Have you tried to do a upload with a regular ftp client in binary mode? If it works then your problem is not related to pureftpd and you should contact the vendor of the webcam.

Yes, he has uploaded images with regular FTP and everything works fine. He has also used this biromsoft web cam software on another hosting service and it works this also. I do not think it is the software that is the problem.

The log is fine. Might be a problem with some kind of firewall or router between the webcam and the server.
