Default A Better way to update Antivirus

I like to suggest a better way to update the virus definition.

The virus definitions are updated automatically every day. You seem to mix up the antivirus definitions with the outdated error message from clamav which in fact does not mean that it is outdated or that the antivirus definitions are outdated. The error message means just that there is a new software release available.
