There is a possibility, via a server load balancer, which are no longer needed in an idle state to meet and when you need them again, they have to awaken WOL?

e.g.
Loadbalancer is limited to 100% = 10 Server available
Loadbalancer is at 50% = 5 Server (the other 5 are in hibernation)
Loadbalancer is at 75% = 5 servers, 3 servers will be awakened on WOL and the other 2 remain on hibernation ... corresponds to 8 servers

etc.
