Default Nginx directive options question

Hi all,

I am new to ISPConfig with Nginx (been a while with Ispconfig with Apache).

Here is a little bit background, I followed the installation guide on HowTo article, ISPConfig and phpmyadmin are up and running fine.

My question is I need to install magento, and it requires some extra configuration in the conf file, such as modify/add locations, e.g. http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/...nx_for_magento

What's the best way to modify the conf file? By using directive options tab? When I add them into the tab, and sync the site data, I don't see conf file being updated, am I doing anything wrong?

Anyone has experience with magento/nginx/ispconfig can give me a hand on this quick setup?
