Default Godaddy and my ubuntu server with ISPConfig 3

Ok, I'm a newbie and I've got my servers running with Ubuntu 9.04 with ISPconfig 3. Now I have a domain registered with godaddy. How do I setup my ISPconf and godaddy to point it to my server. Actually my server has a domain name from Dyndns.org and that new domain would be for a new client. Sorry for my English!...
Please help, what do I do step by step
Thank You

You can create CNAME records that point to your DynDNS hostname.
