Email /var/vmail creation failed

Hello,

I was adding email accounts to my ISPConfig, and sudenly it stops working corectly. At this moment, when I'm addiong or changing any details in mailboxes/mail domains nothing is going on in /var/vmail - no domains and users.

also, I don't know is that important, but in /var/log/ispconfig/cron.log I have something like:

/user/share/getmail4/getmailcore/basevlasses.py:26: DeprecationWarning: the sets module is deprecated
iport sets
Error: configuration file /etc/getmail/*.conf does not exist
maildirmake: /var/vmail/domain.dk/user: Permission denied
chown: cannot access '/var/vmail/domain.dk/user': No such file or directory

Do you know what can it be?

Any errosr in the monitor? Are the jobs in the jobqueue processed?

Hello Till,

No errors in Jobqueue. Everything has status: insert, delete or update, without any errors.

1) Does the domain domain.dk contain any special characters?
2) Please enable spamfilter in the sttings of domain.dk, click save and then disable it again so that the domain gets updated. Then check a few minutes later if the directory /var/vmail/domain.dk got created.
