ERROR: The PHP binary coming with ISPConfig does not work properly on your system

I have try to search this forum , but none of them have my error,

I have try to install the zlib and remove gcc/reinstall gcc from apt-get does same error

Looks to me that you are missing a few packages/ or a kernel tree?
# perl >= 2:5.8.0-88
# perl >= 2:5.8.0-88
check to see if you have those perl versions.

If all fails do a few tests http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests_3_1_x.html
to see what is wrong exactly. If nothing can be repaired, reinstall spamassassin.

Which distribution do you use? Have you followed the appropriate "Perfect Setup" tutorial from HowtoForge?

Can you post the full error message you get (it must appear somewhere before "ERROR: The PHP binary coming with ISPConfig does not work properly on your system")?
