Default Multiple host on a web page

Hello I have if there is one posibility to put several domains in on webserver with ispconfig, this is good for drupal instalations where several domains are automatically redirected and themes an files are stored in web/sites/www.xxx.com/files so all domains shares the modules directory.
regards
