Default panel contro for client

the panel contro fol clients is
http://domain:8080 ?
because i no found where i can setting the attributies of the folder site ...

Yes, the client login is the same then the admin login. Just use username and password that you entered as you created the client to login instead of the username admin.

ok .. but where i find the panel for controll the permission of the folder site ?

You can set the owner of a site (the client) in the site settings when you create the site.
