Default Add apache Directives as a user w/o admin rights

This seems not to be possible (the options tab in Sites is not available when logged in as user.)

If I give admin right to the user, he will see all sites not just his...

So how do I solve this?

This can not be solved as users never have the permissions to do this. If you allow them to access directives they will be able to control your complete server.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.

OK, I understand this.

It would have been easier for me to maintain my sites as user, but fortunately I also have an admin login available.

Thank you for your fast reply.
