Default Ubuntu Wiki recommends ISPConfig

I just discovered this in the Ubuntu wiki:

Quote:
Instead of installing a full GUI on an Ubuntu server, you might consider using a web based administration package such as eBox or ISPConfig.

Not sure I would head for IPSConfig just yet, particular version 3 or the new product as they claim its not and upgrade but a new product.
There is no documentation ( aside from digging through the forum as pointed out to me) and very little help responces from the developers.

Just take a look in the forum at the number of people looking for help or documentation. It was even pointed out in the forum that some of the other developers should start writing the manual.

A free panel is a free panel however if you cant use it or if your calls for help go unanswered, its of little use except to play around with.

Just my thoughts.

Thousands of poeple are using ispconfig 3 successfully already and there are lots of info here in the forum. It is fairly self explaining and there is good installation documentation available.
