Default Provide a path for custom php.ini with php-fcgi

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to have a "FCGI directives" such as Apache directives? It could help to configure specific things for given websites.
Or implicitely search for a other *.ini files in the /var/www/sitename/etc/php5/conf.d/ (to keep tree) ?

Thanks a lot

PS: I ask for PHP but I guess you will look to have this modular per supported ISPConfig language
