Default Edit Vhosts_ispconfig.conf and Distill???

I need to add custom configuration to my Vhosts_ispconfig.conf file. However, if I edit it directly, Ispconfig writes over it.

Is there any way to distill the file or anything else so that I can edit the file manually, and have my changes stick?

This seems like a reasonable feature, as every other decent control panel available has some sort of configuration distiller...

The file Vhosts_ispconfig.conf is not made for manual edits. You have to add all additional directives into the apache directives field of the website.
