Default Still problem with proftpd

Hi all,

I have passed over the internet and tries all solutions but fail

problem is: I have proftpd installed but it works too slow(1 - 950 bps on local host).

here is conf file

Have you tried both active and passive transfers in your FTP client?

Might be a firewall/router problem.
