Default webmail on port 80?

Is it possible to run webmail/phpmyadmin on port 80?

http://www.mydomain.com:81/webmail/ ok
http://www.mydomain.com/webmail/ fails with page not found

I would prefer that uses stay with port 80 so that I can
lock down port 81. (apologies if I'm missing the obvisious).
