Default "Database already contains some tables"

Centos 5.3 installing ISPconfig, I've done the change in ispconfig3_install/install/lib/install.lib.php to accomodate for 5.3, but now after entering the mysql credentials I get

"ERROR: Stopped: Database already contains some tables."

Any ideas? Kind of stuck at this point

Thanks!

Robert, thanks for the reply. No I did not install SVN. I was just following the CentOS perfect setup http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_centos5.0

and then at the end of it, installed postfix and other goodies from the CentOS ISPconfig guide in order to get ISPconfig to install http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...64-ispconfig-2

ISPConfig 3 is not compatible with the guides you used. You will have to format your harddisk and do a complete reinstall by following the ispconfig 3 setup guide:
