HOW CAN I UNSUSCRIBER IN FIVE TEN SG?????
If you are not running a mail server on 188.8.131.52, this listing should not affect you in any way, and you should ignore whatever source told you that this might be a problem.
The misc.spam group is mostly (but not entirely) composed of entire addresses blocks that have a) sent spam here, b) have consecutive or missing reverse dns, and c) have no customer sub-delegation via either the controlling RIR (ARIN, RIPE, LACNIC, APNIC, etc) or an rwhois server referenced in the main RIR records.
In particular, 184.108.40.206 has reverse dns of static.customer-201-144-33-3.uninet-ide.com.mx. Since your domain name does not appear as the last components in any of those reverse dns names, that needs to be fixed first. Also, none of those names have an A record pointing to the original 220.127.116.11. That needs to be fixed. Any email sent to the address at the top of this page will be ignored until that is fixed.
If 18.104.22.168 is being used to send email to strangers, then it needs to have a unique reverse dns name, and that name needs to forward resolve back to 22.214.171.124. Note that this unique name need not have any particular relationship with the email domain(s) that are used in the mail messages leaving 126.96.36.199.
