Empty server name in control panel

Ispconfig 3.0.1.1 and Debian Lenny:

Earlier I tested control panel and everything looked ok but now I can not see server name in control panel. I think that server configuration still exists but can not see server's name.
System -> Edit server -> there are 2 lines on the right but server name is not visible. Same thing if I go Monitor -> Server to Monitor -> drop down list is empty.

Any ideas what's causing this ?
As far as I can remember correctly I did make a change in that Edit server thing. All I did was remove a cross from "file server" option -> Save.
After that this problem occurs.

Looks as if you deleted the server name. Edit the server settings and enter the correct name and then click on save.
